The cheese steak sandwich at this restaurant is really good and definitely worth a visit. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food you receive. The service was fast and courteous, even though we arrived after the lunch rush. However, the atmosphere of the restaurant is a bit questionable. The decor needs improvement, as it feels like dining in a dated Subway from the 90s with bare walls. I would recommend getting your order to go and enjoying it in a more uplifting environment.

We keep returning to this restaurant for the delicious subs. However, it appears that they are always understaffed whenever we visit, which impacts the cleanliness of the establishment. Despite this, the cashier is always friendly and accommodating. We have noticed several menus and signs with grammatical and spelling errors, which detract from the overall professionalism of the restaurant. However, the taste of the food remains excellent.

The owner was extremely amazing; friendly and accommodating. The staff was busy, but still courteous. The food was scrumptious, always fresh and made to order. I've sampled numerous subs, salads, and burgers and have never been let down. The restaurant is consistently clean, even in comparison to other Our Hero locations. After more than 20 visits, I can confidently say that I appreciate the genuine hospitality and excellent service. As a side note, there were a few negative reviews on here that I believe are untrue. I suggest giving it a try for yourself.

I felt that the prices were reasonable when considering what they received for the money service was fast and polite, although we arrived well after the lunch break. the decor needs some work. it feels like I'm eating in the remains of a subway from the 90s. on the walls is nothing. I feel like eating is too depressing. So, they get their order to go and enjoy it in a more elevated environment.

First they change the sauce on the cheese steak, then replace the steak with this disgusting cardboard type. never again
