Mcdonald's - Springfield

The fries were too salty to eat, and the bun on my burger was both hard and soggy at the same time.

Lately, this McDonald's location has been really falling behind. Our order was not complete, and my Bacon Egg Cheese Bagel was stale. At almost $6, I had to remove the bagel in order to eat the sandwich.

I had a great experience at this restaurant - they got my order perfect, right down to the sauce, and I didn't have to wait long at all. This location really impressed me, and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you, McDonald's, for consistently providing delicious food. I've been a fan since I was a child.

Got everything we ordered including the salt&pepper packets and the food was fresh and hot

Everything was good but my hashbrown could have been hotter cooked longer
