Mcdonald's - Springfield

Upon entering the restaurant, the familiar smell of grease and French fries greets you, along with the loud chattering from behind the counter. Initially, the employees appear to be a cheerful bunch, but upon closer observation, it is clear that there is a different story. After waiting in line for almost seven minutes, I am finally able to place my order, which is followed by a long wait and some disturbing observations. As I watch my food being prepared by a person wearing a manager's shirt, I notice some unsanitary practices such as wiping ketchup off the table with my bun, using a wrapper that fell on the floor, and constant yawning over the food without wearing gloves. In the background, there is a manager yelling and using mild profanity to instruct an employee to clean up a spill. Moments later, the manager makes an inappropriate joke that could easily lead to a sexual harassment charge. After a few more minutes of waiting, I receive my food, only to find that the meat is still undercooked and the chicken nuggets are overly dark. I would not recommend dining at this establishment.

I previously had a bad experience with the service at this restaurant for years, but my last two visits have shown improvement. The service was friendly and the food was good. If they continue to maintain this level of quality, I will choose to dine there because I enjoy it, not just out of convenience. Well done, McDonald's!

Have waited in the drive for minutes with only cars in front of me. this is the WORST location. How is it possible to keep customers waiting for so long? absolutely ridiculous

This place was clean, fast and friendly. we even ordered incorrectly and they had no problem to refund our money quickly and efficiently! big stars baby!

I usually don’t leave reviews for fast eating, but the workers at this location are always super nice! tomorrow at mcdonald’s will always be crazy, so I’m uncertain why it always makes angry customers in a hurry at a weekday in mcdonald’s drive thru also, this place makes my caramel macchiato perfect, so it’s for me!
