Mcalister's Deli - Springfield

The cheese was overcooked and had a leathery texture; they need to reduce the heating time. The side salad was better than before, only one piece was wilted. The fruit was delicious.

The restaurant needs to ensure that all drinks are included with the order. The last two times we ordered from them, our drinks were missing. They should provide drink carriers for the drivers to ensure that the drinks are delivered with the order.

The taste of the food was fantastic, but unfortunately they forgot to bring all three drinks we ordered.

The French dip was awesome as usual and the Justaspud was excellent and huge!
