Mcalister's Deli - Springfield

It's no longer a McAlister's, but the food is quite good!

Avoid this restaurant and eat elsewhere. The service is excruciatingly slow when it comes to food orders. If you make the mistake of ordering food here, be prepared to constantly remind the staff every five minutes about your order, or else they might forget you're even there and what you've ordered.

This woman is incredibly rude. we went up and she sat like a customer on a table. tell her she works there when we were hours of friendly talks about us wondering how late it opened. then she threw her handy on the counter and began to say mumbling to me, I asked her if I told her a little rude and she said no, but she has been here since 3:00 clock and she has paperwork to do. she walks around without a mask and feeds herself when she gets our food. wow, it's like something from a movie. so very unprofessional.

Stale tee, coworkers who notice 5 minutes in the same cabin for 5 minutes for tassen, then another employee and brings tassen. only 1 employees work the rest are all standing around. no car, no cleaning as they go.

Better than I expected for an airport restaurant. I had the horseradish roast beef and chicken sandwich. It was good but service was a little slower than it should be.
