Lovely - Springfield

Got myself a cold brew and open sandwich. Also bought myself a jar of immunity shot to mix with my cup of matcha back home. We needed something clean after our long road trip of heavy, fried foods and this did the trick. Easy 2 hr parking on the roadside as well

This is a build your meal type place. Start with brown rice, oatmeal,toast or greens (theres more choices i forget), and add on from a list that includes their own pickled vegetable specialties, avacados, eggs, fruit- all kinds of stuff- for every pallet. Coffee, espresso, tea etc., desserts... all served up by a lovely guy, who answered our questions, got our healthy delicious order right, and delivered it to our table in short time. This is my favorite brunch spot on the weekends. The staff is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Food is amazing and fresh. Coffee is yummy!

Food and service were good, but I felt the price was expensive for the amount of food. I had the super food salad and added the smoked salmon to increase the protein. That ended costing $19. I enjoyed the flavor, but was still hungry after. Whereas for the same price I would have equally enjoyed a meal from Plankton across the street and not been hungry after. I'll come back if I'm looking to splurge on a snack but not if I'm feeling hungry.

The staff is incredibly friendly. We had a lovely conversation while I waited for my bus. The food was fresh, excellent, and hit the spot. They gave me an immunity shot of juice and it was delicious. I will certainly be back if I?m in the area!
