Krispy Kreme - Springfield

I must confess that this was only my second time visiting this particular store. I usually just grab a dozen donuts from the gas station, but after a fantastic experience a few weeks ago, I was excited for another great visit. During my first trip, the donuts were fresh and ready, the staff were friendly, and even gave me a free donut. Despite being very busy that day, they provided excellent service. However, today's visit was disappointing. The girl working was unenthusiastic, lacking personality and a smile. She only asked me if I wanted anything else. I couldn't use the coupon I had because it was only valid on weekends, so I didn't get what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, the donuts were not fresh and ready this time. I will think twice before making the long drive (20+ minutes) across town for the same thing I can easily get at the gas station.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and we happened to arrive during a red light! We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free donut each. We decided to order more to take home because we couldn't resist. If you haven't been to a Krispy Kreme before, you are definitely missing out. It's a great place to bring the kids and watch them make the donuts, then enjoy eating them together. If you're in a hurry, don't worry - there are plenty of pre-made donuts available. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. Overall, I give Krispy Kreme five stars!

We were really looking forward to visiting Krispy Kreme, but unfortunately the dining area was closed so we couldn't see the process. The kids were a bit let down. However, the staff was fantastic and promptly prepared everything we ordered. The donuts were, of course, delicious! If you're interested in working there, please apply so we can enjoy dining inside next time!

100% the best Krispy Kreme Doughnuts I have ever been in! From the moment I opened the door the staff made me feel right at home! I was greeted with a hello and a free fresh doughnut right off the conveyor belt! Then as I sat here drinking my morning coffee and eating my donuts I took time to look around the store to see that it was kept in an immaculate condition didn?t even seem like there was a crumb anywhere on the floor all the tables were wiped off the floors were swept! Then to top my experience off one of their employees named Rosa made sure to just go the extra mile for me!! I truly enjoyed my morning experience here!

I tried the classic ones when the doughnut were just getting out the oven. Horney now style is the best. The cashier gave my friends and I four doughnuts for free.
