Kai After Dark - Springfield

Called for 20 minutes an no one ever answered. Phone rang the whole time. Not sure how you’re supposed to accept reservations and get more customers.

We had a large party of 8 for graduation and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! Bri was our server and not only made great conversation with out more friendly party members and was knowledgeable about the menu, patient, and fantastic all around. Fantastic food as well- great variety and portions that are interesting enough to pique your curiosity but still taste great with classics as well. Wonderful atmosphere and clean!! 6/5 stars if I could!!

We’ve always had great experiences here till tonight. We were double charged for our lobster rangoons. Wasn’t a huge deal. We had a gift card anyway. Nope. Apparently they switched owners just last week and decided not to honor gift cards any more. So in addition to having to pay for our over-charged meal we lost all the money on our gift card. One star is for the new owners. What a sad note to end my birthday on…

The food is sooooooo good! The service wasn't great the last two times I've been and I've only been twice. The atmosphere is great if it were a salon, but it's kind of too dark to read the menus. ?
