Wanted to order a club lulu through door bag for which it did not have the option, but katie helped me over the phone and got it all done. she was very friendly and helpful!

It is a good location and the personal is attentive and brings her to eat quickly.

I have visited this place very lately, and I only had a small problem. everyone is always friendly and my food was made fast. I will continue to visit this site in a definitiw.

Why is it every time I order from this location, it takes almost an hour, if not longer, to get my one sandwich? And when it does finally arrive there is always something wrong? The people are nice, but seems like they really need help and need to be more courteous and let the people know they are running behind so we aren't calling multiple times about our food, when we live a mile or less from the restaurant.

Would leave zero stars. My delivery was out for delivery at 4:25 pm. By 5pm I was calling to ask where it was and if everything was okay, the very nice girl on the phone told me that the single driver had 9 orders. I asked her why they had put them all out for delivery at the same time. If it takes 10 mins to deliver each I 'm still waiting 90 mins for my order. That 's not fresh let alone freaky fast. By 6 pm I was calling for a refund. Still hungry, slightly furious. Will get subway next time.
