Ichiban Buffet - Springfield

Nothing great and nothing bad…well a couple things I won’t eat again cuz it wasn’t good enough to take more than a bite or two of. Disappointing. Not worth the money.

Buffet full of awesomeness Friendly fresh food plenty of a variety, use the Mongolia grill area to cook what you want.... Lunch prices are fair as well Awesome goodness Was a great lunch you can't find something you like Stay home n cook for yourself

Open buffet style, sea food, yep.. my kind of place. They stay busy so get a booth if you need space. Tables can be a tight fit.

The food is always consistent. Plenty of it. A regular spot for sure. The buffet rotation is kept hot and fresh with special seafood nights on the weekends. The sushi bar is small and somewhat basic, but they are always prepared to make more. Coconut Shrimp is the best thing on the buffet.
