Heritage Family - Springfield

The food was quite tasty. The bread was delightful, and my eggs were cooked perfectly. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was served hot, and the gravy was quite enjoyable. This restaurant is a great spot for a family meal. The coffee was also good — nothing fancy, just classic coffee.

I really enjoy places like this. The decor is simple yet inviting and feels like home. The staff is friendly, eager to help, and truly attentive; they engage in conversation and listen to what you have to say. The food was just as delicious as I would expect from my mother's kitchen. With great food, wonderful people, and a cozy atmosphere, it's definitely a 5-star experience for me.

I stopped by for breakfast, and it was quite enjoyable. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, there's no indoor dining available at the moment, so I decided to eat in my car. The hostess/server and the cook were both very friendly and accommodating. I'm excited to return once the restrictions are lifted and I can dine inside.

Tried Heritage recently for breakfast. They were pretty busy when we walked in, but within seconds they had our family of five seated comfortably. The place was clean, nice homey atmosphere. Good menu, plenty of choices, perhaps too many even. Service was good, no complaints there, especially given how busy they were at the time. The portions are very hearty, you get a lot of food for a decent price. For the five of us, only one ordering from the kids menu, food, drinks, and a decent tip came to under $60. Everything tasted good. Overall it was a pleasant experience, and a place I would take the family to again. Only reason I don't give five stars is simply because there was nothing that stood out to me, that set them apart from others like them. Like I said, good place overall, nothing bad to say about them, just your basic, all American family joint.

I have been coming here for years and it looks like there's a new owners but the breakfast is still outstanding. This is an oil fashioned American style coffee shop that features breakfast and does it well. looking for omelette, hash browns, bottomless cups of coffee, toast with many flavors of jam, and real half and half for your coffee this is the place to come. The portions are quite generous and you were not going to leave hungry
