One customer have already paid after 20 minutos waiting he was upset and demanded his order. After that I have to hear an entire conversation aboutworking alone calling the manager blah blah blah before I got my coffee. Management of this fast food restaurants need to teachtheir workers or change all staff lately I have the same issues at other's restaurants on this area.
When I finally asked who would be making my coffee, a middle-aged woman who appeared to be the manager got upset and told me not to talk to her while she was taking care of the drive-thru customers. Eventually, another employee made my coffee and handed it to me, but the experience left me frustrated. This happened on a Sunday morning, November 6, 2022, around 6:35 AM. Normally, I go to the Dunkin' on Wilbraham Rd. at the corner of Parker St., and I’ve always received great service there. Unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing!
Avoid this place at all costs. Just turn around and drive 2 miles east instead. I waited 10 minutes to place my order at the drive-thru, and there were no other cars ahead of me. They managed to mess up every single order, either getting my coffee wrong or not including the correct donuts in the box. It’s not worth your time!
I waited six minutes to place my order and then drove to the window, where I had to wait an additional three minutes. The service is consistently terrible, and the excuse I always hear is that they are short-staffed. However, they’ve been short-staffed for about eight months now, which is how long the service has been this poor.
I had an excellent experience with customer service on Saturday morning, June 11, 2022, before noon. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knowledgeable about her work. I even told her that this is the BEST iced coffee I've ever had! I wish I could remember her name, as she truly deserves recognition for her hard work in keeping the line moving and everything running smoothly. The restaurant itself was clean, and I was impressed that she also took the time to clear and wipe down the tables and arrange the chairs. Overall, a fantastic visit!
