Dunkin' - Springfield

It took 5 minutes for someone to wait on me I thought the store was closed finally when they did they weren't too friendly.

This location generally performs well, but it tends to decline when management is absent. Don't expect a high quality for your order during those times. It might be best to try a different location instead.

I visited today for an iced coffee and a snack. The young woman who served me handed over my items but forgot to include a straw and napkins. When I asked her for them, she returned to give them to me but walked away again without saying a word. It seems like she might be having a tough day or perhaps she'd be better suited to a different job. I've been to this location before and the staff was always friendly, so this was a bit disappointing.

D&D on Congress and Dwight Street is a lovely spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and a donut.

Definitely the worst came to get coffee specifically told them 6 cream 2sugar and got to the window to get 1 cream 10 sugars very hot tasted burnt so asked the girl can I have it 6 cream and 2 sugars it tasted like 10 sugars please she gave me attitudeand so did the manager never visiting again the next one she gave was worst ended up tossing in trash thank you Dunkin?
