Donatos Pizza - Springfield

I love donatos, but this is terrible. do not always eat hot or even properly made. when you call the credits that are never actually put into the system, and all that you say when you call to reorder is general manager? still the biggest problem is one of their drivers don't want to give them their change. or once, they had a type. Of course I still wait for 2 different credits one for 20 and one for 15. If I go to another donatos and delivered it I would have sure!

I literally sat on the trip thru for over 10 minutes. I finally went in and they answered the window for the car that had waited behind me. 4 different people passed the window and even realized that I was there. then got an appointment with me when I went in and said something I wish I could leave a 0 star review because at this point they don't even earn a 1 star they wisely ignore their customers.

I ordered by doordash and you hunted the pizza! 16 minutes to cook 2 pizzas?

Absolutely love this place! the pizza and wing deal on the app is super! eating is always fresh and cooked to order.

Delivery was going to take over 2 hours so I elected to pick up the order from their drive-thru window. I went and picked up the order and was back home in front of our TV in less than 15 minutes.
