Cold Stone Creamery - Springfield

This restaurant is ideally situated for a nice treat after visiting the nearby medical center, right next to Cold Stone. The staff is fantastic, and the ice cream is delightful—definitely worth every penny!

Great service and delicious ice cream every time! I would give it 5 stars, but there's a recurring issue with our online orders being incomplete. It's a dollar extra to ensure we get everything we want. Other than that, we really love this place!

I visited this location for some classic Cold Stone ice cream and left feeling very disappointed. They advertise a service that allegedly keeps the ice cream colder during your trip home, but when I brought it up to the employee, he seemed confused and turned to his coworkers for confirmation that they didn’t offer it. He came up with a series of excuses as to why they couldn’t provide that service. Eventually, I managed to get him to do something to prevent my ice cream from melting during the drive home. However, it seemed like he just wrapped it in Saran wrap and placed it in the fridge or freezer. I should have checked the bag before leaving, but I assumed he had done his job properly. Lesson learned. I won’t be returning to this location and would advise others to consider going to a different branch.

I love this place. However, this time I placed an online order. I'm here at the specified time, asking for extra freeze and a dipped waffle cone. FORGOT Cone and Ice Cream were SOUP! Terrible experience
