Cervantes Coffee - Springfield

If you're in search of a small business that offers home-roasted beans, outstanding specialty lattes, and delectable baked goods, then this place is for you! The atmosphere is soothing, featuring upstairs seating, bookshelves, and charming ceramic mugs. Parking can be a bit limited and is designated by building door numbers, but it's easy to find a spot and wait for someone to leave. The barista was friendly and suggested the turtle or lavender latte. I went with the turtle, and it felt like I was in coffee dessert heaven!

Amazing Coffee place! It?s like a tropical hut style vibe. With coffee from all over the world. Definitely check it out!

I visited on a Saturday morning around 10 am. The venue has a few tables out front for about 4 seated patrons. Inside, you'll find a tight area where bagged coffees and menu items and specialty drinks are displayed followed by an even smaller area to pay the cashier. Further inside, you will find another set of tables that seat approximately 4 in total. There seemed to be a staircase within that might lead to more seating above but the area was much too cramped for

Well worth the detour! Such good coffee and really aware of international problems surrounding the industry. Wish I lived in the area so I could take advantage of the classes they offer. Also really dig the fact that they still ask customers to wear masks. Vaccination does not equal complete immunity folks!

Cervantes serves fantastic coffee! I've tried their seasonal beverages a few times, and they've been excellent each time. This time, I ordered the Mexican Mocha, and it's incredible! They also offer coffee beans for sale. The parking lot is a bit small, as is the interior of the coffee shop. I will definitely be returning!
