Casey's - Springfield

I ordered pizza from this place to feed 5 of my friends who were helping me move. When I went to pick it up 30 minutes later, I found both employees outside smoking and they didn't realize the order had arrived. The cashier didn't seem to care about making the pizza or wasting my time.

The main staff is awesome but the store is constantly over ran by disrespectful bums asking for money, cigarettes, (drugs) really. Management and employees try to keep it under controlbut its a daily battle..If it wasn't for all of that it would be a great store.

I've allowed the Casey's app to track my purchases all year long. I had rewards that I redeemed and I've tried for over a week. They expire at the end of the year and I can not use them. I've went to multiple locations trying to use them and left a email over the weekend and still no word on how to use my Casey's cash.

The Employees are always so friendly????? every time I come in for just a few or even one item

I ordered a pizza online for my lunch break and picked it up to enjoy at a nearby park with my daughter and grandson. The pizza was hot and ready when I arrived, although the cashier took some time to ring it up. Once we got to the park and started eating, I was disappointed to find that the toppings were placed under a sparse amount of cheese (despite paying extra for cheese), causing everything to slide off the crust when we tried to pick up a slice. While the taste was just okay, I have had much better pizzas for a lower price in the past. I'm not sure if I will give them another try anytime soon, even though they are conveniently located near me. However, we do enjoy their breakfast pizzas.
