Cascata Caffe Italiano - Springfield

Shared a wonderful meal with lifelong friends..... Thursday night they have a gentleman playing beautiful tunes in the background. We ordered Veal Cascata, Veal Marsala and Chicken Cascata.....they were all delicious and the veal was so tender, it just melted in your mouth. My wife needed Gluten free, so the Chef substituted vegetarian options. Our waitress mentioned that if you bring gluten free pasta, the chef would prepare it for you. Bravo! Our waitress was excellent. The Chef's Tiramisu was five star!!!! Pasto Eccellente!!

Delicious foods, friendly staffs and cozy atmosphere!

What a wonderful little place. The waiter was very personable and the food was fantastic. Great portion sizes for the price. I took my Pasta Bolgnese with sausage home and split it with my son and this after I ate some at the restaurant.

Excellent experience food was tasty and the service was awesome highly recommend
