Mazzio's Italian Eatery - Springdale

The food is disappointing. There is only one item on the menu that is worth ordering and it's not even pizza. On top of that, the restaurant is not even open most days. I have called multiple times over the past three months and every time, the place is closed. It is frustrating and a disappointment.

I am sorry to say that I received some coupons today at 11:35 and when I called the restaurant, they said they were closed. How is it possible that I received coupons for a place that closed at 10:00? This is unacceptable.

The Springdale, Arkansas location only offers takeout or delivery. I was given a 20-minute wait time, but it ended up taking 27 minutes. However, it was worth the extra time.

Friendly service atmosphere. Great food! My Church people we would dine in almost every Sunday. My husband I would dine in for date nights. Looking forward to dine in the Springdale Ar location once again.

When I order my pizza they told me to wait for 20 minutes and literally took an hour I went around the door and knocked And knock the window. There were 2 employees and they completely ignore me well when I receive my pizza It was a cold pizza....... I will not recommend mazzio's.
