Sonic Drive-in - Spring Lake

Tried to order and employee did not listen to us when we treated our order multiple times and still put wrong order on the screen. Employee stopped the order and assumed we were finished ordering but we weren’t. Tried to call back on button but nobody answered. This sonic used to be great and has significantly gone downhill that we don’t even enjoy ordering a drink from here. Greatly disappointed all around.

Got cookie dough blast with extra cookie dough no extra cookie dough the had something blue in it. they put a hole in my cup and put a sticker over it to cover the hole started leaking all over the place. I have pic if management cares at all

3 times in a relatiw short spanne. 2 out of 3 times I had to buy because my mobile order had not come out in 10 minutes, although the screen and the app said they had been delivered and one of them was only two drinks. it can be frustrating to wait that long when you can see others who have arrived after receiving their article. I try to understand to edit problems etc., but it seems random that there was a problem more times than not

We wanted to eat here, then we discovered the 90.5 Sanitary rating. county reports that they don't wash their hands, don't clean food preparation areas, not properly cooled meat, and have said in their ice machine. no thanks.y'all can keep her e-Coli.

I'll go here every morning and get the breakfast burrito for me, n my client. they are made fresh when ordered well the money n wait. the personal is always friendly
