Westshore Pizza - Spring Hill

Many thanks for the most beautiful cheese steak today! I have the deluxe with everything on him plus extra cheese and oh my gosh was amazing that I could not even eat half of it. the customer service was excellent and I know they cook there, know what he does. the french fries are big big steakries that my favorites!- yus

Everytime I have ordered here I have waited over an hour. I am told it 's 35 minutes and my order will be ready, and an hour and 20m later and 3 trips into the place to check in my order before its ready. Tonight I ordered online at 645pm and now it is 8pm and my food is still not ready and it will be another 10m which really means 30m. Please do not tell me you are short staffed and the manager is sitting at the bar socializing and the cooks are hussling and hours behind on orders....

We ordered a meat lovers pizza, and they sent us a cheese pizza instead. Also ordered 12 Classic buffalo wings, and they sent 12 boneless wings. Well they at least got the soda correct. Not impressed. Pretty horrible to send out the incorrect food order. Won't order from here again.

This place is always great. tonight was extraordinary. the server (let's not catch her name to give her the right credit) has checked us some times to make sure everything was great. another server offered to change the television for our daughter so that she had something to watch that eating was absolutely delicious as always, it was clean . . . I could literally continue. it was not enough to say 5 stars, so we decided to type the bill and publish this review. management, please let their server know that we appreciate the great service and it is one of the main reasons why we always come.

I wasn't here when the pizza guests came, I decided to come back to westshhore. I ordered the phone and it was ready when I arrived to pick it up. I've got it home as long as it's still hot and digging. wow, what a delicious pizza. the crust was exactly the right thick and was nicely browned. the ingredients were very delicious and generous. it was nothing exotic, just a cheese-sepizze with a whistle. it was wonderful and I have the rest of the day for lunch. thank you westshore!
