Dunkin - Spring Hill

This is the best dunkin donuts to stop by and grab a coffee and sandwich on your way to work. The line is usually pretty long any time of day, but it moves very fast. Also, I've never had any problems with my order or missing items on any of my visits. Luz, the manager, has always been kind and helpful.

Kayla is a rockstar! I was having a rough morning and decided to treat myself to some Dunkin’ Donuts coffee to change my day. Kayla met me with a smile and customized my order, just for me. Mission accomplished! I feel great due to the excellent service that I received. Hi I felt so great about it that I decided to take the time to leave this review as a way of saying thank you! 10 Star Shoutout to Kayla!!! Mixup on my order and she went above and beyond to make it right. Gal at speaker, no greeting, no good morning, could hardly say drive thru! Then when Kayla trying to get my order right they both stood around her not wanting to help or run for her to get my donuts. You need more people like her at your store. Shame on you DD for putting this store in such a poor area where no room for cars to drive thru and the parking . Also coming in and out on a busy busy street like Mariner.!!!! And the gals. with the bun on their heads, i bet they make the same as Kayla!! Kayla keep. up the great work ethic, you will go to great heights.

It’s Dunkin, decent food, a bit pricey but clean and fast.
