Fox's Pizza Den, Spring Church, Pa

Nice place , decent service , food is typical chain store food good .

I attempted to order a pizza at 8:00 PM on a Friday, when they were supposed to close at 10:00 PM. However, my mother-in-law was informed that they couldn't take the order because they had already turned off their ovens for closing. It seems that no matter when we call on a Friday, they are always preparing to close. It's becoming a bit frustrating.

This is the only Fox's I will dine at! This location actually knows how to make pizza. I have no idea what's wrong with the other Fox's locations, but they don't compare. If this place were closer to my home, I'd order from here more often. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I placed an order for delivery at 5:45 and was informed it would arrive in 45 minutes. When I called back at 7:15 to check on the status of our food, I was told that the driver had delivered it to the wrong location. The representative said she needed to wait for the driver to return before our food could be brought to us. She did offer a 20% discount for the inconvenience. Our order finally arrived at 7:50, but it was cold and unappetizing, and I was still charged the full price. I don't understand why there wasn’t a verification process for the name, address, and phone number before finalizing the order. I certainly did not intend to spend $50 on cold, terrible food. This experience was completely unacceptable.

To many kids running the place. To much playing around. Not paying attention to gave the correct order. Then they don't know how to correct a mistake.
