Whataburger - Spring

Daniesha has to be the most pleasant person I've ever met at 4:45AM on a Thursday morning. It literally makes me want to come back even though it's an unusual time for me to be up. Thank you for being so kind. It's greatly appreciated!

I love Whataburger overall (I own neon signs, blanket, sunglasses, shoes, mousepad, etc. , but I am done going to this location. Not only have the last 3 times I?ve ordered been incorrect, but it has been nowhere close. Missing sandwiches. Givingdifferent/wrong burgers entirely. Additionally, a few weeks ago when I was there in the evening, I?m unsure if she was a manageror what, but she was yelling and being extremely condescending to the crew. This doesn?t seem like the Whataburger I?ve grown tolove. Whataburger is expensive for fast food. I think it?s fair to expect quality and correct food.

Great service, just don?t expect super fast food, this is good fast food. Been coming to this location for over 30 years. Still awesome food and the staff here has always been top notch!!

This place is unfortunately under poor management. This is the second evening I have visited where I have received cool burgers. Plus, they made a mistake on a simple four ingredient burger. How is this possible? The Whataburger on Rayford is always hot,smart, and fresh. This one does get a free star because their lobby was very clean.

Still think whataburger is one of the best burger places in Houston in general BUT it seems like they are starting to stack up cooked burgers or burger patties late week nights. I'm a night owl but I still would like my food to be somewhat hot and tastynot cool and soggy like it has been most of the summer! I have cut back eating there at night b/c of this... Bummer
