Apparently, some of these other Taco Bell locations didn't get the memo that the Mexican Pizza is back??? Am not quite understanding why some locations have the Mexican Pizza and others don't. Pretty **** poor... while the Taco Bell nearest to my house has had the Mexican Pizza for several weeks. They weren't out today, but it did come at a cost as I went to 3 separate locations until successfully acquiring said Mexican Pizza. It's the only menu item that's worth going on for. Before the Pizza, the only items worth getting: Enchirito and Beefy Mexi Melt. But, they've taken those items off menu. Even though they have the ingredients, staff refuses to prepare those items. They will, however, make them for themselves. Good job!
This used to be a great Taco Bell, but they've gone down hill fast in the past year or so. The staff is great (the only reason I gave two stars instead of one), always been polite, but I feel like they don't have enough help.I've seen them close the dining room or the drive thru to get a break in. One night I went inside and only three or four people were on duty, this is a busy location and that's not enough.The product suffers when you don't give your staff the assistance they deserve. I'll be going to a different Taco Bell (further away) until this one gets back to it's old form.
This store actually stole my money. Ordered on the app and the app sent order to this location (no where near me) and when I tried to cancel it, it was refused. I have canceled other orders in a pinch on the app so I know how to do it. Then I called, although polite on the phone, no resolution was offered except call Taco Bell customer service (still haven’t found that number) and the app has yet to respond to the email sent. So I hope the staff at this location enjoyed the 8 beverages I ordered for my mechanics at my shop that I paid for twice now and got only once. Very disappointed ?
I wait for the front counter for at least five minutes, no one looked at me or appreciated, after a few seconds later a man came to me and said they ordered on the chaos. I said no, then he said you had to order chaos and then he left. I am not so savvy in computer and I could not find out how to change the order of soft taco to fresco taco. I just got out and went to taco bell for years. so disappointing.
