Mcdonald's - Spring

It was difficult to add cheese or place an order correctly. I called five times and didn't get a response, but on the first call, someone answered and then hung up. It is not a good place to go at night as my friends and I had two consecutive days of wrong orders. I am completely disappointed by this place.

Please be cautious of promotions and discounts when ordering through the app at this restaurant. I encountered an issue where I was supposed to receive free fries and a drink with the purchase of a chicken sandwich, but was accused of not selecting the correct items when I made my payment. Despite showing the manager that the offer was indeed on the app, she claimed that my sandwich did not qualify. After a prolonged discussion, during which I requested a refund or a substitute of equal value, I was only offered a single lime. This interaction lasted for about 15 minutes in the drive-thru, causing delays for other customers. It seems that the management at this location is indifferent to customer satisfaction and the impact on their business, especially considering the rising gas prices. I ended up having to pay more than anticipated due to their refusal to honor their own promotion.

I was shocked when my French fries arrived cold and overcooked, and they were so salty that I couldn't eat them. My Big Mac was ruined with too much sauce and salad. The only fresh item was the nuggets from my second order. This was a surprise, as I come to this restaurant every day and have never had such a bad experience before. This all happened at 2:38 on 02/28.

These McDonald’s is currently in the building, be careful what they order and see what they eat before they digest. I came home and there were white fuzzy stuff on 2 orders from middle French pommes. it looks like isolation. not safe to eat.

I am an Uber driver. When I arrived they told me it was closed. Pickups are done through the drive through.No problem.. but....she was delivering food to the mobil order.She said she would bring my pickup out to me... 10 mins later. I knocked on the door. A young man brought the uber order to the door. Another man. Stopped him from unlocking tje door and said i had to go through the drive threwWasted so much of my time.
