Long John Silver's Kfc - Spring

Shorted us on our order and does not answer the phone. We tried for two days to call and get a refund and ended up contacting the corporate office. Why publish a phone number if you do not answer.

I have had a few meals at this location which were pretty much standard; however, when I went yesterday they told me they did not have fish today because the machine was broke. I am guessing they meant the fryer. I am surprised that they didn 't have another dryer to use, but I guess they don 't want to cross contaminate fish with chicken since this is combination KFC LJS. I understand that these things break, but in all my years of eating fast food, this has never happened. We decided to order chicken sandwiches instead. When I got to the window, they told me it would be an 8 minutes wait. We were there at dinner time, so what gives? Anyway, having a hot and fresh chicken. Sandwich sounded great to me, so we pulled around and waited. Needless to say, it took ten minutes. When the employee (young kid) brought out our food he say Here you go . Not I apologize for the wait . They did not provide me with a receipt for the ketchup we requested. About the only thing good was the chicken sandwiches were awesome, but I ranked this place lower because of all the other negative experiences. This has caused me to purchase some fish this week and make my own fish and chips.

Food was HORRIBLE !!!! I should've check my food before I left the drive thru... Everything burnt and tasted like been sitting out for a while.

After MANY MANY MANY MANY years, LJS is still the same! Crispy, smooth, thick yummy fish. This wasn't over greasy, freshly cooked, fries just warm but ok. Can't beat good fast food fish. The prices are YIKES through the roof, 2 pieces of fish, fries drink $9 was a bit steep for fast food I think. I could see $7 but almost $10 yikes!

I went through the drive through and after ordering 2 meals plus 6 extra shrimp, I was asked what I wanted to drink. I replied sweet tea And was told they were out of sweet tea, pepsi, and dr. Pepper! I said well do I have to buy a drink since you don 't have any?! Then when I was handed my food, I said is the extra shrimp in each box and she said yes but of course they werent. Also the phone number listed here is not in service and when I called the KFC number no one answered.
