Korner Slice - Spring

Terrible sandwich and awful customer service. I ordered a ham sandwich, which should be simple, but somehow it was ruined. The sandwich was made with cooked lettuce, cooked tomatoes, and slimy mayonnaise and mustard. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when I called to inform them about the problem, I was quickly told they wouldn’t replace or refund my order. Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering a sandwich from this place. You’ll thank me later.

Nice variety of pizza and sizes with thick crust and fabulous cheese cake

This used to be the best pizza around, now not so much. They barely put any sauce, the dough is tougher, and the flavor just isn't there anymore. Over 5 years of loving this shop is down the drain. 3 times in a row it has been a disappointment. Call me a glutton for punishment, but I truly hoped it was a fluke. Maybe they have a different chef, who knows, but it isn't worth your money. You'd get a better pizza at a large chain restaurant than what's being made there now.

It's an interesting pizza, the taste is different than what I would expect from the great looking pics. The things that help this dough is the fact that the ends stick up rather than lay down which give it a nice crisp outer texture. The dough under the toppings seems need that same toasting as the taste of the dough is not the same. I think having it on a more open pizza pan where the dough can get that a lil crisp will help out the flavor, other wise fermenting it longer would help the overall flavor profile. The sauce is different as well it seems to be alot to process while not leaving a distinct pizza taste but something kinda fighting the pizza's overall taste. Possibly a different type of tomatoes or reduce a spice or 2. The mozzarella literally sticks to the slices after taking a bite. And unlike all others where it just comes off, this one will hang on! In a good way! The manager the day I came in was Super Nice Kind to his customers! Never seen that unless I went to a Real Japanese Restaurant! Overall Great Experience! This pizza is like pizza hut met domino's from back in the day and had a legitimately awesome child named korner slice. Stylishly thick cheese and a great crispy crunchy yet chewy thin crust. Definitely one of my favorite places to go for a sentimental pizza enthusiast. Recommend highly at least once!
