Yum!!! so many options and friendly staff. I ordered tuna and salmon with avocado cream sauce.

I used to think poké was less than appetizing, but I'm glad my taste buds leveled up! This poké is delicious fresh fish with all the healthy fixings! I liked the spicy mayo with it best, and the crunch of the roasted pieces. It felt decadent while knowing it was healthy and wouldn't make me feel heavy later. I had a sample of the dole whip and immediately bought two more because I didn't want to share! Definitely a must try! 50% dole whip from 3 6 so I'll definitely try to stop by then!

Hands down, best poke with the best customer service in the greater Spring/Woodlands area. We have had a few spots open over the years and they're not so bad either, but I'd say Island Fin is the only one I've seen with both quality food and a desire to go out of their way on customer service and becoming a part of the community. App ordering and take-out is a breeze, and their catering was exactly what I needed for a laid-back Friday night hangout with friends this weekend. Kudos to Matt and the team, they've built a gem of a place just south of The Woodlands that is *well worth* the chaos of construction on Gosling at the moment. ;

Although I don't often seek to have poke, I really love this place. They are always super friendly and accommodating. The variety of choices when building the bowls is always fresh and tasty. The prices are reasonable for sure and they have a loyalty program to earn points for more free food. Do yourself a favor and try their Dole whip too...it's as good as what I have had in Hawaii.
