Ihop - Spring

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at ihop I will not be back I tried understanding maybe understaffed but this is not right the greeter had everyone write down their name on a paper then did not take them in order then when I complained she still had us waiting when we finally got seated I asked for a high chair I had to get it myself, we asked for a kids menu was told there is none, then watch her had one to a family of her choice!!!!!!!! We waited almost 30 minutes after being seated to even order not to mention I have my pregnant granddaughter and two great grandchildren with us whom the baby was hungry. I’ve worked in customer service for years and this isn’t okay at all we don’t have to choose to spend our hard earned money here.

Waited almost 2 hours to get seated and drinks, the host was rude and lazy, the silverware was dirty as well as the tables I do not recommend.

Stopped by IHOP for a quick bite and ended up having a such a nice conversation with the staff, everyone was so nice. But our server Jasmine, aka Jas! She was Ahhhmazing—super friendly, attentive, and polite. Even though it was her first day, you couldn’t even tell, she nailed it with her service. The food was pretty good overall, but there were a few mix-ups with our orders from the kitchen. Despite that, Jas's awesome service totally made up for it. Thanks for letting us talk your ear off and being so sweet, Jas! Keep up the great work! <3Vegetarian options: The Plant based sausage was really good!

During spring break, this was the only restaurant, of the three I tried, that found me, and had me to my seat in less than my five minute requirement. I stood in the wait to be seated area of two other restaurants longer than five minutes, and then I moved on. So glad I did, this is the best IHOP I've been to in many years.

Don’t go if your hungry! No hostess up front, waited 20 minutes just for drinks and another 45 minutes for food which we never got, we just walked out. iflop!
