Go Cajun Subs - Spring

I'm sorry to say that the restaurant is no longer open. It served some of the best Cajun cuisine I've tasted in a while.

I had a great time visiting Go Cajun Subs restaurant during my lunch break. The Dirty Bird chicken sandwich was delicious! The atmosphere was fantastic and the owner, who is also the chef, was really nice. I highly recommend this place.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! I told the server that I am from a small town in Michigan and asked for his recommendations. He suggested I try the blackened tilapia sub with blackened shrimp and the boudain balls. I also ordered a second crayfish sub. This was by far the best meal I have had since arriving in Texas. If you are looking for delicious, fresh food, you must visit this place! I will definitely be returning when I come back to Texas.

I received a disappointing sandwich during my visit to this restaurant. It only had 2 undercooked alligator meatballs in a large amount of bread for $12.00. I may have to choose a different option next time since it is too far for me to return for a better sandwich.

I love the food at this restaurant, but what sets it apart during Mardi Gras season is that they bring in king cakes from Gambino's bakery in New Orleans! It's the best of the best! I wish they would also get some doberge cake while they're at it. The owners are amazing and I love the blues music playing inside, it really makes you feel like you're in New Orleans.
