Great southern cooking. Straight forward Breakfast with a nice cozy place. Very friendly staff. Hill Country vibe. Come as you are!

It's a small place for a music venue but there's not a bad seat in the house. I like that you can eat and relax while listening to the music. I do feel a bit bad for musicians that play there because it's set back off the road with a small sign and doesn't seem to get many passerbys that could be intrigued by it. The food was good plain and typical but good and tasty nonetheless. Not pictured is the bread pudding which I also had and that was sooo yummy! Loved that whiskey list too... the server literally handed me a binder, haha. That made my day. Ended up going with a sweet tea bourbon cocktail and just like the write up said, it was perfect for a hot Texas day.

7/8/22 - We make an effort to support local restaurants instead of large chains. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed today. My husband ordered two pancakes for $9.99, and when he added eggs, potatoes, and ham, that came to another $9.99. So, breakfast ended up costing us $20. For comparison, you can get five pancakes at IHOP for $8.49, or two pancakes at the more expensive Snooze AM for $8.29. The latte was good, but the food was just average. I wasn't a fan of the bacon. Sorry, but we really wanted to like it.

The breakfast at this restaurant is generally standard, which is acceptable. However, I was very disappointed with the Belgian Waffles. The batter was tasteless and lacked the distinctive flavor and texture typically found in authentic Belgian waffles. The waffles were crispy on the top but soggy on the bottom, making them feel more like regular waffles than the real thing. I strongly advise against ordering this item, as it seems to have an alluring name that doesn’t reflect its quality. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

I dropped by for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast burritos were delicious and extremely fresh, with a nice variety of options to choose from. The salsa packs a lot of flavor, as do the jalapeños. The breakfast tacos are wonderful as well. The service was very friendly, and the prices are reasonable.
