Chycho's Pollos Al Carbon Tacos

I used to go to Chychos every weekend and I used to love it! But today it was the worst. I asked for a song and the lady Cristina. She was so rude towards me and my group of friends! We were on table 38, the waitress was really nice. She asked Cristina (hostess) to play different music.Even though we were paying she didn’t care about our request.I asked to talk to the manager and he seemed that he didn’t cared. I asked for a tropical music around 12 am, it was only two table that stayed until2 am, Our group stayed until 2 am and Cristina\manager didn’t cared!I’m not going back to Chychos and I don’t recommend anyone to go there.Thanks Cristina for ruining my night! You left at the end of the night without caring about us.I don’t think this place cared about their customer!

The food is good, when they actually make it right how you ask for it. Was going weekly for awhile but now we can never get them to answer our phone calls EVER. And girl at the front desk made comments the last few times about how we always ordered so “Heavy”. Not sure how they expect locals to continue spending money at their restaurant when they aren’t available to take your order and make rude side comments when we do get through or say our order is complicated for changing the cheese.

As always the staff is super friendly and welcoming. We tried the chile relleno plate chicken Gorditas, they were both super filling. Food was too good!

We had never eaten here before. We read a review in advance that said it was very good. The outside of the establishment looks a little Hodge podge but don't let that fool you. The food and service here is top tier. The weight staff is fast and efficient and everything here makes it a perfect place to return and then we get a surprise and find out that our bill is about half what we normally pay. We split an entree and had 2 draft beers that must have been 20 oz each and our bill was $18. The portion was very generous and the taste was exquisite. We plan to return to today. Do not hesitate to eat here.
