Hands down best spot for your keto/vegan favorites. No one even comes close. Their keto tamales alone are absolutely worth the trip and the keto desserts are extraordinary!

Great place! For all those Keto and low carb meals. They have a variety and it all so good! Very friendly staff! Enjoyed my visit and I will go back.

I typically do not leave reviews at all.. ever!! I tried Caroline's for the first time about three weeks ago and they delivered all the way to my house in Rosenberg. Few of our neighbors gathered and made a huge order and I cannot begin to tell you how yummy everything was. There was a mistake on my order and my tamales were forgotten but the person that delivered had extra sweets and gave them to me and to the other orders that there was a mix up on. Caroline messaged me and told be if I wanted to she could deliver tamales on a different day and I told her no, I felt bad but I also understand that mistakes happen and we are human. This week I had a doctors apt. and was close to Caroline's and decided to head in and get some yummies( since my dog ate my wholeeeee loaf of bread!! so I go in and it's my first time in there. it was awesome to see all of the yummy treats and I couldn't contain myself. I got a ding dong and a pizza, tamales. I was thinking of what more to order and Caroline came our and I introduced myself and she remembered my name( which is impressive! and offered to give me my tamales then and she went beyond of what I expected and comped my whole order! I felt humbled and my heart felt warm that she would do that. I tried to pay but she insisted, so I left a nice tip. I can only say that she has a gift of making delicious food but she has an amazing heart. I will forever continue to order from Caroline's and I highly recommend it! Best service and best food! Expensive Expensive Expensive, I know it is keto and all that but $20 dlls for a small loaf of bread? Nope !

They have an awesome selection of tamales and gluten free/keto options. I really liked the pork tamales and the cream cheese and chicken. The bean were a bit dry. I bet they would be better with the jalapeños. The brisket were extremely flavorful. I don't know if that's a good thing, but I know I wouldn't order them again. I still have a few more flavors to try today. We ordered 4 dozen for Christmas and it went over well. I ordered a cupcake for my daughter and I would pass on this. We are very familiar with gluten free options and we found this to be very dense and dry but maybe that's because it was also keto. I wish I could give this place 4.5 stars because we will be back.
