Pretzelmaker - Spreckelsville

I was visiting maui this week and I went to pretzel maker twice with my mom. the first time was good but the second time was really good. this boy Jacob made sure you could taste the butter and salt on the bites. i’ll definitely be coming back next visit.

Jennie was very friendly and helpful. The pretzels were delicious as well!

Food is always good, but that older chick that works there is rude, she looks like she doesn't like her job and wants to be anywhere but there.

I would like to say hats off to your Assistant Mgr Jennie. She knows what customer service is all about she went out of her way to accommodate me!!! I always go in to get the regular pretzel bites n mini dog pretzel bites. But have been in there several times and they couldn’t make it because no else to help that worker. Well just to let everyone know Jennie was there by herself and went out of her way to make it for me!!! Jennie best ever employee at Kahului!!!
