Older lady being the counter was super rude to in person customers. She told them that you will just have to wait we cannot take your order right now. The younger woman tried to take their order but was scolded by the older lady. The older lady then said I don’t care who comes in we are not taking their orders until we get done with all these mobile orders. I understand her frustration but she could have been nice to the customers. Or even ask them to place their order through the app. This location has just had the worst customer service for as long as I can remember. I always order online so I don’t have to deal with anyone.

Purchased a pricey medium steak and cheese and side salad. The sandwich was lacking on toppings and the beef was dry which made for a dry tasteless sandwich. There were only 3 or 4 pieces of onion and two large pieces of green pepper, not appealing at all. If there was any mustard or mayo on it I could not tell. More topping would have yielded a much moister more appealing sandwich. I have noticed that a lot of restaurants have cut back on size and quality yet raised prices to the point that those of us on fixed income cannot afford it. If pay the price I expect decent food. Sorry Firehouse, I will not be back.

First time ever being to a Firehouse Subs, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the King's Hawaiian pork sandwich which is limited time and it was probably one of the best sandwiches I've had in years. I highly recommend getting it when they have it.
