Rooms: Tenute bene, ristrutturate anche se con qualche difetto, per esempio c'era una perdita alla base della doccia che bagnava il parquet che tra l' altro era da riverniciare. Nearby activities: Vicinissimo al mare e alla passeggiata sul lungomare e sul budello nel centro. Safety: Nel periodo in cui siamo stati era tutto tranquillo Walkability: Buona , bisogna cercare un parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Food drinks: Abbiamo solo fatto la colazione. Buona. I start by saying that my elderly parents have been customers for several years and they stayed for 3 weeks on half board also in this summer 2023. The price has significantly increased compared to the past years in the face of a clear and obvious deterioration in the quality of the food (cold dishes, poor quality raw materials) and an evident rudeness and arrogance of the owners in the reception and in the dining room. The worst thing, however, are the answers of the owners themselves who took the liberty of saying to two elderly people that if the stay was not appreciated they could as well leave!!!! SHAMEFUL!!! Not to mention that it is not specified either in the booking email or on arrival that the parking (last year included) has been paid for! We then find ourselves at the balance with a nice additional figure in the account!!! WRONG! Like the colleague of the previous review, I travel a lot for work and you have never seen so little empathy and propensity for customer satisfaction !!! DEFINITELY AVOID HOTEL!!! The only positive note is the breakfast and the kindness of the waitresses in the dining room which compensate for the rudeness of the property!
