The Melting Pot

We had a table for nine, which is quite large. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic! Everything was wonderful, from the atmosphere to the food and the service. We chose the four entrée option, and I highly recommend it! You get a generous amount of food. It was such a cool experience for everyone!

I had a fantastic experience on Saturday, October 22, 2022, for a date night with my boyfriend. We were in a cozy private booth and opted for a package that included rose petals and a box of chocolate-covered strawberries to take home! Our waiter was exceptional—constantly checking on us, helping us navigate the gluten-free options on the menu, and creating a comfortable atmosphere. There's a wide variety of choices, along with many gluten-free substitutes and options, which I really appreciated. Also, they allow you to take leftovers home, which is a nice bonus! The only challenge we faced was locating the restaurant, as Google Maps was a bit inaccurate; it's situated inside the mall.

The prices are quite high for what you receive. The presentation is charming, but they didn't include everything we had reserved online, and we had to practically plead for a couples photo, which I had already paid for when making the reservation. While the four-course meal is delicious, paying $260 for two people doesn't seem justified. If you're a big fan of cheese and chocolate, it might be worth a visit once, but otherwise, I'd recommend steering clear for the sake of your wallet.

Excellent wait staff, the atmosphere was wonderful. I called and scheduled a reservation for 7:30pm my daughter and I were there early about 6:50pm we had asked if we could sit in early if possible. The ladys said yes and we were seated in less than 15minutes! The food was amazing as well as the drinks. Everything were well priced. The dessert was set on fire! We chose thes'mores with graham crackers. Soo tasty! We are definitely coming back together and we are bringing our family with us!

For a first time experience it was pretty great. Our server was kind and able to answer our questions. Though our water was on the warm side and yet the table right across from us had ice full in their cups and also constant refills. I had to ask for arefill of ice water and ended up with exactly 2 melting ice cubes. What can I say, I like my water cold! Also we (3 friends)paid a la carte individually, yet only received a 2 person serving on the desert. We kept hearing about these wonderful meltingmarshmallows as well and never received/tried those. And last but not least, my delicious lobster tail would have been all thebetter if I'd been able to dip it in butter, but again did not receive that (and didn't even realize I was supposed to getbutter until someone told me). We got no refills on really anything, not even sauce. Again we paid individually and basicallyended up with the 2 person servings for cheese and dessert. The dessert forks also were stained upon arrival. Great experience,but the delivery was lacking.
