Mcdonald's - Spokane

It's a decent McDonald's, but the lobby was closed when I arrived. As a delivery driver, I was allowed inside. I inquired if they could also let a man in a wheelchair in, but they said no, so he unfortunately had to leave without getting any food.

That lady working the drive through has amazing customer service. I believe her name was Sarah. Food is like any other McDonald's. So far they have got my order right every time except for once. They forgot my pies but did make up for it with some extra pies for my wait.

The service was good when we went through the drive-thru, but the food was disappointing. The fries tasted old, and the sandwiches were carelessly packaged in their boxes.

Why is it that u all can't put a sandwich togeather. Ordered a fish sandwich it was thrown in the. Box. Cheese on the box in side tarter sauce every where and it was cold. Won't be going to that store again

Could you please melt the cheese on the sandwiches and serve the French fries warm? That would be fantastic, thank you! Also, I'm not sure how long the patty was sitting before you gave it to me, but it was at room temperature, and it's winter right now. I do really love using the McDonald's app, though!
