Carl's Jr. - Spokane

I can't recall the last time I visited a Carl's Jr., and while I could have been frustrated that only the drive-thru was open due to staffing issues, I ended up having a fantastic experience! From the cashier to the staff member who delivered our order, everyone was efficient, clear in communication, friendly, and professional.

Carl's Jr. provided a good dining experience, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of Spokane. It's a shame because the city has the potential to be beautiful. On a positive note, the service at Carl's Jr. was fast, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I love that store it’s amazing, the works are hella nice and take care of the store. They know how to make food and give it out looking nice. They always do there job and always on top on everything. This location is the best out of all of them.

I love this location!! The general manager is awesome and so accommodating to all her staff and customers. The food is always hot and fast! I come here just for the people!

Edited Manager fixed my issues and is a blast to talk thanks but still Sabrina is by far the worse doesn't do job right and hangs up on customers after admitting she was to busy so just gave a different drink instead of what I asked for as she was to busy and didn't care NOW I SEE WHY SHE WORKS A MIN WAGE JOB SHE WORTH LESS THAN THAT. I HOPE SHE READS THIS IF UT TO BUSY TO DO UR JOB DONT HAVE ONE UR LAZY AND NEED TO BE DEALT WITH
