The Stupid Cow - Spokane Valley

This is a very well-rounded diner! Very unique name and really good parking for the area. I’d say that The Stupid Cow Cafe is your run of the mill diner, and a solid choice for a good breakfast in the area. Nothing here really stood out to me beyond its incredibly unique name. Some things I did really enjoy was the ease of parking, spaced out seating, and that their veggie omelette sported avocado! Staff was quick to seat me and take my order. All around no complaints, but also nothing to write home about. I would probably come back again if I was in the area!

First time here after seeing all the rave everywhere. Walked in and was told it would be a 45 minute wait, so we had our names added to the list. Oddly enough there seemed to be empty (clean and ready to go tables but who knows. We waited the time frame given in our car and got the call to come in for our table. By then it was fairly empty inside. I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted, although I felt a little rushed in choosing I did enjoy what I got with the substitution I made. My friend really enjoyed her meal too. Beats our typical Red Robin meet up! Would definitely try again just at an earlier time or a different day. Not a Sunday. :

The food here is fantastic. I got the country scramble and gotta say that this was one of the best meals I've had in a while. If I lived here I'd have to be careful to only eat here now and again, because if you came every day- and it is good enough to merit that, I'd say- you'd get overweight real quick. Nice country vibes, a framed picture of trump on the wall, outdoor seating for when the weather's nice. Would come here again.

This place is decorated so cute and when the orders are ready you’ll hear a MOoo from the kitchen! The staff was friendly and the food was delicious! It’s a popular place so expect a wait but it’s worth it! Love all the decor, especially the signed Trump picture!

Great little restaurant! Good food and good people. Came here on a Saturday around 11:30 had a 15 minute wait, but it was worth it. This is not a fast food restaurant, they are short-staffed like everyone else in town. I see some people complaining on the reviews about wait times. It was worth the wait. We will definitely eat here again.
