Contribuiți la feedbackI was told I would be charged extra to substitute a comparable meat on their Italian sandwich. I didn’t want the capocollo and asked instead for more of the salami (not additional, just a replacement for the meat I don’t prefer). A $2.25 up-charge is unwarranted for the same quantity of meat. Additionally, capocollo is more expensive than salami, so the math is not adding up.
Was denied military discount because I was not in uniform I had my military ID but still no service discount which makes no sense never are not allowed to wear our uniforms around public what is your problem jimmy johns? No appreciation for veterans who are home with
Delivery sucks I work about 10 minutes away and I alwa6s wait 40+ minutes for delivery this is ridiculous fine if dinning in but not for
Gotta say that the art of good customer service is nearly dead, but Dan the assistant general manager at the pines location proved that its not gone. He was awesome, personable, polite, and got my order taken care of quickly. Very well done sir.
Best service in a fast food place ever! We had never been to JJ before. The manager ? who said he had worked there 5 years was so nice and personable. He took a lot of time to help us decide what we wanted because we were used to other places which shall remain nameless : . Our sandwich was so good. We split it but wished we had each gotten one. Next time.... Anyway, he made us want to come back. Last thing, I was staring at what turned out to be 9 grain bread. It looked incredible. He gave us a slice to try. Thank you!!
