Casey's - Spiro

Great place! I really appreciate the staff there. The pizza was delicious in the past, but now it has a rubbery texture. However, all the other food is fantastic. My only real issue is how often the icee machine is out of order.

I bought a couple of flavors of Mike's Hard Lemonade that were priced under a sign stating two for $5 or $2.79 each. However, I was charged $6.50 for two, or $3.79 each, which was indicated on a different row. When I pointed this out to the cashier, they insisted that I was mistaken. To prove my point, I went and took a picture of the pricing. It’s likely that the items were either mislabeled or mischarged. On a positive note, the pizza is better than Mazzio's!

Staff here are always friendly. I see them 2 or 3 times a day sometimes.

I waited 40 minutes for my food, even though it was supposed to be ready in 20. It took 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence or offered assistance. Another customer who was there to pick up his order faced even more trouble, as the staff had misplaced his order, causing him to wait longer as well.

The staff here are always friendly. I occasionally see them two or three times a day.
