Il Grottino - SPINAZZOLA

Really good impression! I was for lunch the day of the epiphany in this charming restaurant. I found myself really well, both because the environment is just what I like: characteristic rustic but absolutely clean and cared for, and family management. I've been served some small ears with fresh tomato, an excellent scaloppine, and finally a dessert. So I was extremely satisfied with the price-quality ratio, as the prices are really honest (and I can just say it coming from a northern city)....So I really feel like recommending it to everyone, to whom maybe it is passing from this country, and to those who love the Apulian cuisine that in this area merges a lot with the Lucan one. I hope I'll be back soon!

Historic and typical place of Spinazzola. The recipes of our tradition are made with tasty dishes and substantial portions. I knew it was for sale, it would be a great shame to lose such a characteristic place in the city center!

On Monday, lunch, a rich clientele. Sugo ears with crumbled sausage, second grazing of polyp, dessert spumone an excellence of Spinazzola, local wine, coffee. It is always a pleasure to return to this historic restaurant, cleanliness, hygiene, education, professionalism. I recommend this place for any event, right prices, excellent dishes.

Very good pizza, a little sin for service, not because there are incompetent or rude waiters, but for disrespect. I'm pregnant, and I asked for a sincere vegetarian that vegetables were grilled or cooked. I was served a pizza with partially cooked vegetables, tomatoes and rocket at the exit. I was sorry, but they were courteous not to enter the pizza into the account and bring me a daisy immediately. However I will return because the place is historical and deserves for the quality of appetizers and pizza.

We stopped at this place at lunch. Local rustic, quiet and familiar. We had lunch with various appetizers, a first and tastes of seconds accompanying everything with local red wine. What to say....gran nice lunch, it was all great. I emphasize the kindness of the owner who has also served us... really professional and affable. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!
