Dunkin' - Spencerport

I visit this place every morning for my coffee, but it seems that my order is messed up every time. Even when I mention it, they still don't get it right. How hard can it be to add 4 caramel, 4 liquid sugars, and 4 cream? I'm really disappointed with the service. Takeout service gets a rating of 1.

It's 10:22 AM, and all that’s left are apple fritters or coffee rolls for donuts? Did a place called 'Dunkin Donuts' really think no one would be looking for donuts on a lovely Saturday morning, especially with five employees working? Oh, and I managed to snag the very last double chocolate donut—where did they stash it? That's right, they put the frosted donut at the bottom and piled five heavy fruit donuts on top of it!

I placed an order for a large mocha latte with whipped cream at the drive-thru. The server told me they didn’t have whipped cream, so I requested cold foam instead. She then informed me that they didn’t have cold foam either. I said plain would be fine. She then asked me to pull forward. I also mentioned that I needed a plain bagel with cream cheese, to which she replied that they weren’t serving food at that time. It was frustrating—why are they even open if they can't fulfill basic orders?

Why is it seven am on a friday and you’re still not open? just me waiting in the drive thru for a minute and checking the front doors- six cars pulled up. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
