Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Spearfish

The smoothies were good, however the food had items in them that I requested to not have due to food allergies. Went back to ask for a refund, and the staff didn't know how to give one so I was given a free smoothie card instead.

Best food ever. Worth it. Treat yourself!So glad for a place to get real smoothies.

Staff was very friendly and patient as we figured out our order. Very courteous and pleasant. Our smoothie and food was very tasty.

I went through the drive through and received the wrong order. I called them about it and the staff was so nice and understanding. They informed me they tried to stop me before I left but it was too late. They said I could come back but I was on my way to work, so the owner, Kelli, brought me my correct order to my job along with a VIP card. She was so amazing and sweet about the situation. Kelli definitely went ABOVE and beyond! Thank you!
