Killian's - Spearfish

My husband and I stopped in to eat after some hiking in spearfish canyon. The atmosphere is very casual, they have indoor and outdoor seating. They have a small bar area and restaurant area. We started with the cheese curds. I really enjoyed them but for $12 just wish there was a little more on the plate. My husband really enjoyed his brisket dip. I got the Erock burger. I enjoyed the flavor but unfortunately they cooked the burger alittle too long, it was very dry. Disappointed. The homemade fries were a nice touch. Our waitress was really friendly and did a great job with service!

The burgers were actually very good. The buns they use were soft and didn't break apart with good flavor. We'd patty and fix'ins were good as well. The kids (waitress' were really useless and couldn't give a ****. The menu looked good so we'd come back but sit at the bar.

Amazing food. I had the corned beef, hubby had buffalo fries and the eggplant dip. Everything was so delicious!

After running a marathon in the morning I definitely needed a celebratory dinner! In SD I was looking for an amazing steak and I definitely found that here! I got the Ribeye cooked rare! It was cooked to perfection! They were unfortunately out of the side I wanted but that didn't matter once I tried the steak. The rice that I got as my second choice however was good. I also got the Garlic Cheese Curds and they were delicious!

Great presentation, the eggplant dip was spectacular.. I love trying new places and Killian's is top notch!! Definitely a must!! Waitress was helpful and gave us our space.
