Burger King - Spearfish

We went through the drive through, and the guy at the window was super nice, he visited and was interested in conversation. I was there for food, and ended up having a good experience. Made our evening!

Just a simple request but yet they mess it up how hard is it to listen and actually get the customer order right i mean it's on the drive through screen but yet don't get what you want.

I live close and eat here often. The past few times have really gone downhill. I never leave reviews, but they've messed up so many orders and forgotten so many items lately I just had to leave a cautionary tale. My wife and I get the same stuff every time, nothing complicated....I mean, It's Burger King. But they've turned me into the old man who checks the bag before driving off. Especially for how much they're charging for this mid grade fast food, I would double check your orders until this place finds some consistency.
