Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I ordered the family chicken tenders with fries on the app. I got there and it was done. Nice and hot. The drive through line at certain times of day is very long so the app worked out perfectly.

Ordered a wing platter and paid for it online. Picked it up at the requested time and everyone enjoyed the delicious wings. Who could ask for more?

I had food on Saturday 04/13/24 and the fries were really good but the chicken tasted like somebody had smoked cigarettes around them and didn’t wash their hands afterwards. I called today 4/15/24 as when I called the day of they had closed and the day after I was booked all day for wedding preparations. I called today, 4/15/24, just letting them know about the experience, not asking for a refund or a remake, and the woman on the phone had a rude and obnoxious tone towards me and proceeded to criticize me about how I shouldve called the day of when I had already specified that they were CLOSED and I was booked the next day. She proceeded to have a rude tone with me as I politely told her that I didn’t have the receipt, as I didn’t pay for the food myself and she told me off with the most obnoxious tone telling me that I need to get a receipt and they couldn’t do anything. IF YOU WANT FOOD AT A ZAXBYS YOU’RE BETTER OFF FINDING A NEW ONE FURTHER AWAY, THIS ZAXBYS DOESNT KNOW HOW TO NOT SMOKE AROUND THE FOOD THEY MAKE. eat at this location if you wish, but I wouldn’t after eating pure tobacco.
