Panera Bread - Spartanburg

This place either does a great job or horrible there’s no in between. Definitely a risky decision for lunch. I ordered a salad without onions and extra grape tomatoes. I got salad with FROZEN sandwich tomatoes cut up with onions. It’s not worth the risk of disappointment. Bc when they do something right is delicious but this is not.

30 mins for a pizza. Told they don’t served soups until 11am, it was 10:58am when i ordered. No discipline, no sense of urgency no respect for the customers.

I ordered sesame beagle toasted with honey walnut cheese. It is slightly softer than it supposed to be. Overall, it is toasted well.

Went through the order and the sandwich, bread, toppings, and side we wanted were all sold out. Ordered replacements, got the the window, and they said “sorry we had to put it on (yet another) different bread because we ran out.” What is this insanity?

We were there for coffee and morning snack to meet Mark's brother who is in South Carolina for mx training. He trains kids in the USA but has his training academy in South America. We didn't eat a meal at Panera but it's a happening kinda place for folks after church.
